Burpee Challenge

We had planned to tackle the Deadman's Burpee Challenge after spin. I tackled Patron the night prior, so punishment was eminent. Spin was all about sprints and I wasn't feeling it. I opted for the lowest gear on the list this round, instead of the usual top gear.

After a much needed 10 minute rest, we were excited about completing the challenge but weren't sure if our bodies were up to it. Only 1 way to find out!

10 minutes. 100 burpees

Then Winona decided this would be an excellent warmup for the real workout. Intense Plyo and obliques sess ensued shortly thereafter.

  1. I haven't done burpees in a while, but they are brutal! On a side note, I read in another post that you ran a 30 mile race. That's very impressive and borderline unbelievable!
