16x25m as 25 FAST, 25 easy
2 x 300m effort, get time (6:15, 6:08)
pace yourself - make sure the second 300m is faster than the first

Felt strong until the last few 25m FAST.
Checked out Honolii in the morning and it was 1-2 not as glassy as Wed, but the radio said Bayfront was closed so Brad and I gambled with Richardson's. It was choppy 1-2. We went out and made the best of it.
Was gonna do the 50min run around 6pm at the track, but it was raining kinda hard. I shoulda ran anyway.
